Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! However, if there’s an issue with your order, you can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

Exchange Terms:

  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

  • Exchange is available only for size, color, or product replacement — no cash refunds or returns.

  • Shipping cost for the exchange will be borne by the customer, unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.
